Clark Capital Management is currently seeking a Marketing Communication Manager focused on developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns for our line of investment strategies. These promotional programs are primarily targeted to advisors, institutions and high-net worth individuals.


  • Research, create and develop marketing collateral that effectively describes and promotes our investment strategies across all media including: publications, web, email, social media, presentations, and thought leadership
  • Oversee quality control for all client-facing communications and marketing materials
  • Work closely and partner with Director of Marketing as well as portfolio managers, sales and compliance to ensure that integrated marketing communication activities are aligned with company’s strategic goals, are compliant, and communicate effectively with target audiences
  • Create differentiated value propositions across the products and lines of business that we serve in order to effectively brand and promote Clark Capital’s strategies and services
  • Manage and ensure the timely distribution of marketing materials to our platform partners


  • BA or BS or equivalent degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing communications experience, with a proven track record of implementing marketing communications strategies
  • Minimum of 3-5 years financial services experience, preferably with an asset management firm developing financial and creative content targeted to financial advisors and other institutional investors. CFP® CIMA, FINRA Series 7 or 66 a plus
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure quality control of all marketing pieces
  • Robust research skills; ability to comprehend and translate financial related concepts and information
  • Deep understanding of investments spanning equity, fixed income and alternative strategies
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in collaboration with a team in an entrepreneurial work environment
  • Exceptional project management skills, ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicated (proactive and able to define and execute projects on a self-directed basis)
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to extract deep insights and understanding of performance results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
