This organization was started back in 2015 by a local family in Dunmore PA who tragically lost their son to SIDs (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). The Jog for Jude 5k is the largest SIDs awareness 5k in the country and they have raised over $625k since inception.

Mission Statement:

To honor our son Jude and to fight to protect other babies from this devastating syndrome, we have established the Jude Zayac Foundation. The mission of Jude’s Foundation is to raise funds to support SIDS research and to enrich the lives of living children in our community. Enrichment we know in our hearts sweet Jude would have provided if he were here. We hope to accomplish this mission by hosting a large annual community event, a 5K run/walk followed by a community celebration to promote SIDS awareness and provide our community with a day of family friendly fun.
