Mission Jamaica


Since 1989, Mission Jamaica has been providing one-week mission vacations with purpose throughout the year to adults, families and youth teams. Approximately 500 individuals with serve per year on one or more of our mission weeks. Their teams volunteer time to serve at several children’s homes that house 25 to 100 children, basic (preschool) and elementary schools that have little or no funding for supplies and maintenance of their buildings, mobile medical and dental clinics to serve on average 100 patients per day, and build, on average, 12 safe and secure homes for the elderly and moms with children per year.

Mission Jamaica accepts financial donations and supplies to help:

  • offset the cost of the home builds (average home cost is $4800/home)
  • purchase medications for medical clinics (average $1000 per clinic week)
  • purchase school supplies and uniforms for the children who live at our partnered children’s homes
  • purchase school supplies for basic school teachers
  • purchase food, hygiene and cleaning supplies for children’s homes to improve the quality of life for each child
  • purchase building and maintenance supplies to improve the quality of children’s homes we partner with

100% of all donations will be used for our partners benefit
