As Executive Vice President of Corporate Culture, Colene is responsible for a wide range of corporate culture initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. These initiatives include engaging employee programming, holistic wellness campaigns, diversity and inclusion efforts, and the Summer Internship Program.
Colene joined Clark Capital in 1989. Before assuming her current role, she served as Senior Vice President, where she oversaw the New Accounts and Client Services Departments at Clark Capital. During this time, she was instrumental in developing the policies and procedures vital to the efficient establishment of new accounts and their continued servicing. Colene is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University.
